The customer service has been amazing since day one — everyone here is genuinely helpful and always goes out of their way to make things easy. The units are climate-controlled, which has been a huge relief because I haven’t had to worry about any damage to my clothes or other items. “THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN 2 YEARS. STAY AWAY. If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I’ve been renting at this Fullerton location for over two years, and today was the day that completely broke my trust and patience. Today was raining, stressful, and everything that could go wrong — went wrong, all because of Nicole and the new girl working this Saturday. These two gave me the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in my life. And that says a lot, because I’ve NEVER had issues here before. ✔ They raised ALL the fees Late fees up. Monthly rent up. And on top of that, they tell you one price, then right before you pay — “Oh sorry, the system is charging more.” Every time they hide behind “we’re just doing our job” while acting completely rude and difficult. ✔ They made me drive all the way there for nothing I had to leave my family, leave my old sick dog at home — a dog I was supposed to take to the hospital today because he’s not doing well. Because of this mess, I missed the appointment, and now my dog’s health is at risk. All because they couldn’t communicate, couldn’t help, couldn’t solve a simple issue I’ve NEVER had in two years. ✔ They talk to customers like they don’t care at all Cold, rude, sarcastic attitude. You can feel they don’t want to help — they want you to leave. Like you’re bothering them just by showing up. ✔ I stood there, in the rain, stressed out, frustrated People were waiting, I was trying to solve a simple problem, and instead these two acted like total jerks and made everything worse. ✔ I’ve never felt so disrespected at a storage place This wasn’t a misunderstanding. This was pure attitude, zero empathy, zero professionalism. After over two years here, I’m done. If you’re thinking about coming here — DON’T. Their fees keep going up, the service keeps getting worse, and if you have any issue at all, Nicole and “the new girl” will make sure you regret it. Save your time, save your money, save your nerves — go ANYWHERE else..”
